Brian Symonds has been a PGA Golf Professional since 1989 and is currently the owner of Winston Trails Golf Club in Lake Worth, Florida. Brian has been a golf instructor and coach on the PGA Tour since 1983.
He is currently a majority owner of the Brian Symonds Golf Design Company which manufactures putters and wedges that are played on all the professional tours around the world. Brian also teaches the top junior golfers in the United States.
Winston Trails has twice been voted the #1 semi-private/public golf facility in South Florida. Prior to Winston Trails Golf Club, Brian was the Director of Instruction at Boca Rio Golf Club in Boca Raton, Florida, for 12 years.
Josh Davis has been the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional at Winston Trails Golf Club since his arrival in Florida in 2002. As Director, he oversees all golf operations, including tournament programs, budgeting and staff supervision. He is a strong player, accomplished golf instructor and a consummate promoter of the game of golf. Josh creates a welcoming atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy the game that he loves so much.
Although Josh enjoys teaching advanced players, he also takes pride in helping amateur students reach their full potential. He has spent countless hours studying different golf swings and body types. He believes that in order for students to change their bad habits, they must first understand why they are making a correction and what the correction will do. Josh is a sought after golf instructor and club fitter. He prides himself in keeping up with the latest technology and development in golf equipment and advises his clientele accordingly. Whether you are looking to lower your score or just learn the basics, Josh will provide the specific skills for a great game. Prior to his arrival at Winston Trails Golf Club, he served as First Assistant at Kokopelli Country Club in Marion, Illinois from 1996–1999. He then went on to The Evansville Country Club from 1999-2002. Josh resides in The Village of Wellington with his wife Darci and two sons, Kyle and Quinn.
Mike grew up in Stuart, Florida where he began his golf course career at the age of 16. His passion for working on golf courses led him to attend Indian River State College to pursue a degree in Golf Course Management. Mike has been a member of the Golf Course Superintendent Association of America for the past 9 years. He started at Winston Trails Golf Club in August 2012 and strives to make Winston Trails one of the best places to play golf.
